hereto.
NOW, FEBRUARY 4, 1998, at Ole time of und immedilllely Irfore the execution of the principal COl1lract,
und before any authority has been given by the suid Owner to the said Contruclor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the sume in conslderlllion of the making of the said contruct with Contractor and
the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Conlractor paid by Owner, it is ugreed lhat no lien shall be filed
against the building by the Contraclor, or uny subcontraclor, nor by uny of Ole maleriahnen or workmen or uny lher
person for uny labor, or materiuls purchased, or extra lubor or materials purchased for the erection of said building,
the right to file such liens being cxpressly waived.
