AND NOW, comes Defendant, Kyle Majury, and respectfully represents as
follows:
1. The address of Defendant is Detrick Hall, Room 209, P.O. Box 728,
Kutztown, Pennsylvania 119530.
2. Defendant Is the mother of the minor child, Mari Josephine Garman.
3. Defendant is the father of the minor child, Mari Josephine Garman.
4. Defendant has reviewed Plaintiffs Petition for legal custody and primary
physical custody of the said minor child and joins in Plaintiffs request that primary
physical custody in the Plaintiff, subject to periods of liberal visitation in the Defendant
as agreed to between the parties.
5. Plaintiff and Defendant agree that such custody arrangement with primary
physical custody in the Plaintiff as in the best interest of the minor child.
WHEREFORE, Defendant, Kelly Anne Garman, joins with Plaintiff in requesting

PETITION FOR CUSTODY
AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, Michael E. Garman, and by his attorneys, Nicholas &
Foreman, respectfully represents as follows:
1. Plaintiff, Michael E. Garman, is an adult individual sui iuris. residing at 95
Haldeman Avenue, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070.
2. Defendant, KELLI Anne Garman, is an adult individual sui iuris. residing at 95
Haldeman Avenue, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070.
3. Defendant, Kyle Majury, is an adult individual sui juris, residing at Detrick Hall,
Room 208, P.O. Box 728, Kutztown, PA 19530.
4. Plaintiff and Defendants have been bonafide residents of this Commonwealth
for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
5, Plaintiff requests an award of legal custody and primary physical custody of
the minor child, Mari Josephine Garman, born January 19, 1998, the minor child of the
defendants in the instant action.
6. The child is presently in the physical custody of the Plaintiff.
