AND NOW. comes the above-named Plaintiff, MARY KAY VIA, by her
attorneys, NICHOLAS & FOREMAN, and seeks to obtain a Decree in Divorce from the above-
named Defendant, JEFFREY W. VIA, upon the grounds hereinafter set forth:
I. Plaintiff is MARY KAY VIA, an adult individual, sui iuris, presently
residing at 6612 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
2. Defendant is JEFFREY W. VIA, an adult individual, .ID!i. iuris, presently
residing at 26 North 8th Street, Apartment A, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17043.
3. There are two children born of this marriage, Joshua Via born May 26,
1987 and Zachary Via born April 13, 1993, both in the custody of Plaintiff
4. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Cumberland County for at least six (6) months immediately
previous to the filing of this Complaint.
5, The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on September 19, 1981 in
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

but avers that she docs not require marriage counseling.
10. The Plaintiff avers that the grounds on which the action is based arc:
(a) That the marriage is irretrievably broken;
(b) That at the appropriate time, Plaintiff will file an Affidavit
indicating that the parties have been continually separated for a
period in excess of two (2) years.
I J. Plaintiff requests the Court to enter a Decree in Divorce.
Wherefore, Plaintiff prays your Honorable Court to enter an Order dissolving the marriage
between the parties.
