I have been trying for over a year now to obtain the title to a 1932 Chevy Sport Coupe.
I purchased the vehicle from Mr. Brad Heigle. Enclosed is the bill of sale. Mr. Heigle
states he did not have the title since it was inherited to him many years ago. It is a 2-
door, 6 wheel sport coupe. The Job Number is 32567 and the Body number is B2379.
These numbers are on the vehicle on the fire-wall underneath the hood.
I am asking the Cumberland County Court to provide me with a lost Vehicle Title.
I appreciate your helping me with this endeavor. I can be reached at the above number
from 11 am-5pm.

AND NOW, this 27th day of March, 2007, upon consideration of the
Petition for Vehicle Registration filed by Warren Yohe,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a hearing shall be held
on July 16, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom No. 5 of the Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Warren Yohe shall provide notice of this hearing to Brad Heigle, the
previous owner of vehicle in question, at his last known address by certified mail,
return receipt requested and by regular mail and, if such notice is unclaimed,
advertise notice of such hearing once per week for three consecutive weeks, in
accordance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation.

IN RE: PETITION FOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 16th day of July, 2007, after reasonable notice and an
opportunity for hearing having been provided to all interested parties, the Court
hereby awards ownership of one 1932 Chevrolet Sport Coupe, bearing Job
Number 32567 and Body Number B2379 to Warren O. Yohe, and the right, title
and interest of any other person to said vehicle is hereby extinguished. The
Department of Transportation may accept this order as evidence of ownership in
lieu of a certificate of title. The Petitioner shall submit the appropriate forms,
taxes and fees and comply with any other procedures of the Department of
Transportation in order to receive the appropriate certificate of title for said
vehicle.
