STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the ,5t~ day of February, 1998, by and
between HAUBERT HOMES, INC" of 15 Central Boulevard, camp Hill,
Pennsylvania 17011, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND
DAVID S. FRAZER and CHRISTINE FRAZER, husband and wife, of 525
Penn Ayr Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, hereinafter re-
ferred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to
erect and construct a single-family residential dwelling on that
certain lot of ground situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 77, section II, Phase I -
Final Subdivision Plan of Meadowview Estates, said Plan being
recorded in the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds Office in
Plan Book 66, Page 4.
BEING part of the same premises which Merle L. Stambaugh,
Executor of the Estate and under the Last will and Testament of
Mary G. stambaugh, et al., by deed dated March 28, 1991 and
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in
Deed Book "A", Volume 35, Page 403, granted and conveyed unto
John M. Knaub and Janet D. Knaub, his wife. The said Janet D.
Knaub died March 26, 1995, whereupon full and complete title to
the within described real estate became vested solely in John M.
Knaub, surviving spouse.
ALSO BEING, the same premises which John M. Knaub, by deed
dated February 5, 1998, and about to be recorded in the Cumber-
land County Recorder of Deeds Office, granted and conveyed unto
David S. Frazer and Christine Frazer, husband and wife.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.

undersigned officer, personally appeared DAVID S. FRAZER and
CHRISTINE FRAZER, known to me (or satisfactorily proven) to be
the persons whose names are subscribed to the within instrument
and acknowledged that they executed the same for the purposes
therein contained.

Notary Public, personally appeared DON E. HAUBERT, JR., known to
me to be the person whose name is subscribed as Vice President,
and who acknowledges himself to be the Vice President of HAUBERT
HOMES, INC., corporation, and that he as such Vice President,
being authorized to do so, executed the aforegoing statement for
the purposes therein contained by signing the name of the corpo-
ration by himself as Vice President.
