3, TIle parties possess certain joint debts which shall be disposed of as follows:
DA VID DANIEL LAUVER shall be solely responsible for any and all Iinbility urising from
the joint accounts with Lowe's and Keystone Financiu1 Bank, DAVID DANIEL LAUVER
shall hold BARBARA ANN MCCLINTOCK harmless and indemnify her from any and all
liability arising from these obligations,
4, The parties shall equally split the remaining amounts owed to PNC Bank and
American Generul Finance for the loans that are in both of their names with each institution,
They shall obtain statements from each institution at the time of the execution of this
Stipulation to confirm the amount that each party will owe for their respective obligation, It
is the intention of each of the parties to indemnify and hold the other harmless from any and
all liability that may arise from these joint accounts. In the event that either creditor pursues
any action of collection or enforcement of the obligation over and above that party's requisite
share, that party may pursue any and all actions available to them under the law including the
enforcement of this agreement, If either party breaches this provision or any provision of this
agreement, the other party shall have the right, at his or her election, to sue for damages for
such breach or seek such other remedies or relief available to him or her, and the prevailing
party shall have the right to seek and collect all legal fees and costs incurred in litigating the
dispute.

7. Each of the parties shall hereafter own and elljoy, independently of any claims or
right of the other, all items of personal propeny, tangible or intangible, hereafter acquired by
him or her, in all respect and for all purposes.
8. With regard to the motor vehicles in each party's possession, the parties agree that
the 1986 Buick Century shall remain the property of BARBARA ANN MCCLINTOCK and
the 1979 Jeep J-IO shall remain the propeny of DAVID DANIEL LAUVER, The parties
agree to execute any and all documents at any time necessary to effectuate said transfer of
these vehicles, Any expense associated with the trnnsfer of title of these vehicles shall be
equally shared between the parties,
9, Each of the parties shall from time to time, at the request of the other, execute,
acknowledge and deliver to the otller party any and all further instruments that may be
reasonably required to give full force and effect to the provisions of this agreement.
10, This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of
