South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
described as Lot No.4 on a Final Subdivision Plan for McCoy
Business Center, as prepared by Statler and Lahr, Engineering and
Planning Consultants, dated January 8, 1968, and recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 55, Page
131, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northern right-of-way line of
Tyler Court (SO' r.o.w,) at the boundary line between Lot Nos. 3
and 4 on the aforementioned Plan; thence along the northern
right-of-way line of Tyler Court on a curve to the left having a
radius of sixty feet (60') an arc length of seventy-five feet
(75') a chord bearing of South fifty-four degrees fifty-two
minutes thirty-three seconds West (S 54" 52' 33" WI and a chord
leng th of seventy and twenty-one hundredths fee t (70.21') to an
