C~b~n~ Count, PennsyNania, fudher described in ~hibit "A" hereto affached, NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shaft be an independent covenant. Virkler, dated September 5, 2002, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumber[and County in Plan Book , Page .., as follows: BEGINNING at a set iron pin on the northern right of way line of West South Street at the corner of lands now or formerly of Luther R. Nevius, as shown on the above described Subdivision Plan; thence by lands now or formerly of Luther R. Nevius North 07 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East 180.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence along lands now or formerly of Eric I. Henry South 82 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East 78.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence along Lot No. 1 a set forth on plan South 07 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West 180.00 feet to a point; thence along northern right of way line of West South Street North 82 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West 78.00 feet to an iron pin set, the Place of BEGINNING.
