Davia, Jr., and MIlia W, Davis In the amoulIt of $35,000,00, entered on 2/17/98 in the Office of the
Prothonotary for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, In Case 11998-00880.
NOW TIlEREFORE, WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of $1.00, Receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the above namBCI James C, Costopolous, hereby agrees that the above
Judgment recorded in his favor is hereby subordiltllted and postponed in lien payment priority and
distribution upon any J 'cial sale or otherwise to a certain Mortgage upon sold below described
