Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northern right-of-way line of Charing
Cross at the dividing line or lot # 77 and lot # 78 as shown on
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Recording;

Thence by aforementioned line of lands North 74 degrees 37 minutes 13
seconds East 118,12 feet to a point on the dividing line of lot #77 and
tract #1 Stormwater Detention Basin "E"; Thence by aforementioned
dividing line and that of lot #7(, and lot #77 South 07 degrees 04 minutes
26 seconds West 170.11 feet to a point on the Northern right-of-way line
of Charing Cross; Thence by aforementioned right-of-way line by a curve
to the left having a radius of 400.00 fe8t an arc length of 82,01 feet to
a point being the place of beginning.
