tus, This poUcy Is to provide an AdmlnlstraUve Heating process which provides clear notice to Inmates
oi the reason for their confine:nent and outlines a fair heanng process,

Tltis poUey Is appUcable to all persons who are employed by the Department or" Corrections and to
those lndlviduals and ~oups who have buslness or use r..'1e resources oi the Department. and to all

closer supervision. control. and protection than Is provided ior In general population.

alternate measures:

c, The inmate Is suspected of belng or is the Instigator of a cllsrurbance:
d, Placement 'n general populaclon would endanger the lnmate's safety or welfare when it is
not possible to protect him/her by other means:
e. The lnmate would pose an escape tisk In a less secure status:
1', The inmate has been charged WIth or l.s undermvesclgaclon tor a violation oflnstitution rules
