STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS. CARL K. SPACKMAN und IU:LEN M. SPACKMAN, hushand llllll wife, arc
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with D1Ll,ER CUSTOM BUILDING, with
place of business at 960 Boiling Springs Road, Meehaniesburg, Pennsylvania. for the erection of a
single-family dwelling upon ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of Monroe,
County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a sted pin set on the easternmost dedicated right-of-way
line of Heisey Road (1'-560). said pin marking the common point of adjoiner of Lots
# 15 and #16 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of subdivision; thence departing
from the dedicated right-of-way line of Heisey Roud and exte,nding along Lot #15.
North eighty-nine (H9) degrees thirty-six (36) minutes fifty-live (55) seconds East.
for a distance of one hundred ninety-nine and seventy-nine hundredths (199.79) feet
to a steel pin at other lands now or formerly of Deckman; thence extending along
lust mentioned lands, South zero (0) degrees twenty-three (23) minutes live (5)
seconds East, for a distance of one hundred and fourteen hundredths (100.14) feet
to a steel pin on Lot #17; thence extending along Lot #17, South eighty-nine (89)
degrees thirty-six (36) minutes lifty-live (55) seconds West. \(>1 a distance of one
hundred ninety.nine and sixty-six hundredths (199.66) feet to a steel pin set on the
easternm()st dedicated right-of-way line of Heisey Road; thence extending in and
along the easternmost dedicated right-of.way line Heisey Road. North zero (0)
degrees twenty-seven (27) minutes forty (40) seconds West, for a distance of one
hundred and fourtl'en hundredths (1()(),14) feet to a steel pin on said dedicated
right-of-way line Lot #15, said pin marking the place of BEGINNING.
