NOW, comes the plaintiff, by his attorney, Harold S, Irwin, III, Esquire, and files
this complaint in divorce against the defendant, representing as follows:
1, The plaintiff is Vivian L. Cooper, an adult individual residing at 2735
Ritner Highway, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013,
2, The defendant is Samuel T, Cooper, an adult individual residing at
Summer Hill Mobile Home Park, Lot 72, Crownsville, Maryland 21032,
3, The plaintiff has only been a resident of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania since on or about October 1, 1997; however, the parties have executed
a consent to venue in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, which executed and notarized Consent is attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
4, The plaintiff and the defendant were married on June 4, 1994, in Hershey,
