Resolution 81-A-3, adopted August 18, 1981 and Resolution 83-A-1
adopted February 3, 1983, This lien is filed in strict compliance
with said Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16,
P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. ~7101, et sea.
