5. Denied. The Plaintiffs made only seven payments of$IOO,OO each,
6, Admitted, however it is noted that Mr, Earnest's payments were due and payable
despite his illness,
7. Denied, Defendant has no recollection regarding these alleged phone calls and
demands proof at trial, Additionally, Defendant states that he had no duly to return any phone
calls even if they had occurred.
8. Denied, See paragraph 7 above, Additionally, Defendant did send two registered
letters to the Plaintiffs demanding payment and conveying his intent to repossess the camper if no
payment was received,

10. During the entire period between contracting for sale and repossession, Plaintiffs had
possession and use of the camper in dispute,
II, A reasonable rental fee for said camper would be fifty dollars per week.

10. Admilled in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
plaintiff had possession of the camper, but it is denied that the
plaintiffs ever used the camper. The only time the camper was used
while in the possession of the plaintiffs was when it was borrowed
by the defenant for a weekend.
II. Denied. Answering plaintiff is without sufficient
- knowledge as to the truth or falsity of this statement. It is therefore
denied. No rental agreement was ever entered into between the
parties.
