CIVIL ACTION - COMPLAINT IN MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. by its attorneys, Grenen &
Birsic, P. C., files this Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure as
follows:
1. The Plaintiff is Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., which has
its principal place of business at 6400 Legacy Drive, Plano, Texas
75024-3632.
2. The Defendants are Danny E. Shrawder and Tara L. Shrawder,
individuals whose last known address is 414 Mount Allen Drive,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. On or about March 1, 1996, Defendants executed a Mortgage
Note ("Note") in favor of First Uni ted Mortgage Services, Inc.
("First United") in the original principal amount of $101,948.00.
A true and correct copy of said Note is marked Exhibit "A",

attached hereto and made a part hereof.
4. On or about March 1, 1996, as security for payment of
the aforesaid Note, Defendants made, executed and delivered to
First United a Mortgage in the original principal amount of
$101,948.00 on the premises hereinafter described, said Mortgage
being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
I
County on March 5, 1996, in Mortgage Book Volume 1306, Page 112.
A true and correct copy of said Mortgage containing a description
of the premises subject to said Mortgage is marked Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
5. On or about March 22, 1996, First United assigned all
of its right, title, and interest in and to the Note and Mortgage
to Plaintiff pursuant to a certain Assignment recorded in the

Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County. A true and

correct copy of said Assignment is marked Exhibit "C" attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
6 . Defendants are the record and real owners of the
aforesaid mortgaged premises.
7. Defendants are in defaul t under the terms of the

aforesaid Mortgage and Note for, inter alia, failure to pay the
monthly installments of principal and interest when due.
