b, operated his vehicle at a speed too great for the existing conditions;
c, failed to be alert and keep a proper lookout for other vehicles on tho
roadway;
d, drove his vehicle inattentively with regard to the rights und safety of
Plaintiff;

13, The carelessness, negligence and/or recklessness of Defendant Darren 1.
Zimmerman, as aforesaid, directly and proximately caused Plaintifflo sufTer damages in the
amount 01'$4,144,51.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Ihe Defcndantsjointly and severally
in the amount of $4,144, 51 together with interest from the date of the accident, costs of suit, and
delay damages pursuant to Pa. R, C, 1'. 238, which is an amount requiring submi~sion to
compulsory arbitration.
