2. Defendant Is Pamela Deimler, an adult Individual whose residence Is at
105 Windy HIli Road, Shermans Dale, Perry County, Pennsylvania,
3. Plaintiff seeks custody of his child, Alexis Patricia Delmler, currently
reSiding at 105 Windy Hill Road, Shermans Dale, Perry County, Pennsylvania, whose
date of birth Is October 11, 1997.
4. The child is presently In the custody of Defendant.
