On 2' Jul 98 at approximately 1500 hours, I was dispatched to 5 Plainview
Road for an individual at the residence who has il Protection [<'rom Abuse filed
against him. Upon my arri val, I met wi th the Vicki Santiago, the resident
of 5 Plainview Road, who advised that her husband, ,Tose Antonio Santiago was
on the property and she has a current Protection From Abuse Order aga.i.nst
him. Upon checking wi th Cumberland County Control and our office files, it
was learned that PFA Order No. 98-1233 issued on 1 Jul 98 by the Honorable
Judge Kevin A. Hess was in affect. Upon checking the backyard area of 5
Plainview Road, I found Jose Antonio Santiago on the premises talking with
his children.
As a result of the Protection From Abuse Order, Jose Antonio Santiago was
placed under arrest for violation of this order.
