STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
TIllS AGREEMENT made the 6th day of March. 1998, by and betwcen M I, BUILDERS.
hereinafter referrcd to as Contractor. and BERNARD LEWANDOWSKI. .III., and DENISE L.
LEW ANDOWSKI. hcreinafter rcferred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to
erect and construct a custom built home on that ccrtain lot of ground situate at 26 Joseph Drive.
Boiling Springs, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereo r.
NOW TlIEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor. 1'01' and in consideration of
the SUIll of ($1 ,00) Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner. the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the lilrther consideration mentioned in the agrcement aforesaid, for thclmelves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through 01' under them. covenant and agree that no
mechanic's liens 01' claims shall be Iilcd or maintained by them 01' any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant ther.'to tor 01' on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract 01' otherwise, for. towards, in, or about the
erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described. and thc said Contractor.
for thcmselves, thcir subcontractors and others undcr them hereby expressly waive and relinquish
the right to have, file. and maintain any nwchanic's liens 01' claims against thc said buildings or any
of thcm, and agrlJe that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an indcpcndent covenant.
