Alternating holidays from 8:00a.m. until 8:00p.m. Said holidays being New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving day, e. During the child's summer vacation from school, the father shall have two consecutive weeks of temporary custody. Father shall notify mother by May 30 of each year as to when he will be utilizing his two consecutive weeks. f. Father shall have Father's Day from 8:00a.m. until 8:00p.m. and Mother shall have Mother's day from 8:00a.m, until 8:00p.m. g. At such other times as the parties may mutually agree. 4. Transportation shall be divided equally among the parties with the party gaining custody responsible for transporting the child. 5. The parties shall keep each other informed of their respective current addresses and telephone numbers. 6, In the event that a period of temporary custody must be cancelled because of an emergency or other good cause, tho cancelling party shall so notify the other as far In advance of the scheduled visit as possible, and offer to arrange a substitute visit. 7, To the maximum possible extent, the parties will deal directly with each other on matters concerning the child, rather than communicating through their respective parents or other third parties. 8. The parties will each take all reasonable measures to ensure that the child develops a positive and loving relationship toward the other parent. Defendant is Tammy S. Seibert, an adult individual whose residence is at 173 Hair Road, Newville, Cumberland County, PennsylvanIa. 3, Plaintiff seeks custody of his child, Kevin Andrew Blessing, currently residing at 173 Hair Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, whose date of birth is June 25, 1990. 4. The mother shn1l keep the father informed of any sehool activities, medical appointments or sports aetivities involving the child. The father shn1l have permission to accompany the mother and the ehild to any of these activities. 12. The parties agree that they will not light or argue in the presence of the child. 13. Neither party shn1l enter the residence of the other party. Transfer of custody will be done at the residence door. 14. Jaek E. Blessing shn1l pay to Tommy S. Seibert the sum of $100.00 bi-weekly for support of the child, Kevin Andrew Blessing. 15.
