EXHIBIT A
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
in accordance with Final SUbdivision Plan for A.C. Kuhn & Son,
Inc., et al., dated January 8, 1988, a copy of which is recorded
in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 55, Page
58, which Plan is incorporated herein by reference as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of 60 feet wide L.R. 21056
known as Allen Road at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 1 and
2; thence from~aid point at the Place of Beginning along said
centerline of 60 feet wide Allen Road the following three (3)
courses and distances: (1) South 09 degrees 13 minutes 52
seconds East, a distance of 100.05 feet to a point; (2) thence
by a curve to the right having a radius of 636.69 feet an arc
distance of 155.90 feet to a point; and (3) South 04 degrees
47 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of 674.27 feet to a point
at corner of land now or formerly of Albert C. Kuhn and wife,
described in Deed Book "B", Volume 30, Page 650; thence along the
northern line of said land now or formerly of Albert C. Kuhn and
wife, South 70 degrees 57 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of
1137.12 feet to a point at lands of Enola Construction Co., Inc.;
thence along said lands of Enola Construction co., Inc., North 10
degrees 30 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 1073.09 feet to
a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 1-A and 2-A;
thence along the dividing line between said Lots Nos. 1-A and 2-A
and continuing along the dividing line between Lots Nos. 1 and 2,
North 79 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 1327.17
feet to a point in the centerline of 60 feet wide Allen Road at
the Place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described tract of land is all of Lots Nos. 1 and 1-A
as shown on said Final Subdivision Plan recorded as aforesaid,
and the above-described tract of land contains a total of 27.358
acres exclusive of the dedicated right-of-way of 60 feet wide
Allen Road.

BEING the same premises which A.C. Kuhn & Son, Inc., by its Deed
dated June 8, 1988, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book
IIJ", Volume 33, Page 880, granted and conveyed unto Allen
Distribution, Owner herein.
