8, Plaintiff complcted the contract on or about July 28, 1997 and submitted a bill to
Defendant dated July 28, 1997 in the amount of $2,123.00, a copy of which is attached hercto
and marked Exhibit "A",
9. Defendant paid $1,000,00 in March of 1997 but has failed to pay the balance due
on the invoice in the amount of $1,123,00..
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the Honorable Court enter judgment against
Defendant in the amount of $1,123,00 plus interest and costs,

11. On or about January 6, 1997, Plaintiff and Defendant through its agent, John
Trindel, entered into an oral contract for the drilling of a well on the property of John
Trindel situate at 2568 Rocky Spring Road, Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania,
12, In performance of the said contract, Plaintiff furnished forty (40) feet of casing as
well as installation of a 1/2 horsepower pump and tank, The well is approximately 125 feet
deep.
13, Plaintiff performed all of the labor and furnished all of the materials required
under the contract.
14, Plaintiff completed the contract in a workmanlike manner,
