I. Plaintiff is Nancy Jean Brown-Holmcs, who currently resides at 7 E-Grecn
Street, Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pcnnsylvania since Junc 1997. Plaintiffs Social

2. Defendant is Terry 0, Holmes, who currcntly resides at 730 Edgewood
Road, York, York County, Pennsylvania since April 1997, Defendant's Social Sccurity No. is
210-52-2558.
3. The Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents of the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania for at least six months immediatcly previous to thc filing of this
Complaint.
