ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 30th day of October, 2001, in the case
of Stepp versus lams at No. 98-1384 civil Term, and Plaintiffs'
counsel, David M. Steckel, Esquire, having appeared in court and
requested that the case remain open for a period of 1 year, and no
objection having been raised to the request, the case is stricken
from the purge list upon the condition that docket activity occur
within the case within 1 year. In the event that no such activity
occurs within that time period, the case shall be deemed
automatically purged and dismissed without further order of court.
