and directed as follows:

Report, it is ordered
1. The Father, ThOll1lls E. Monismith, and the Mother, Debra A.
Monismith, shall have shared legal custody of Ilrooke L. Monismith, born
September 14, 1991, Bobbi Jo Monismith, born January 31, 1985, and Drew T.'
Monismith, born November 21, 1989.
2. The Mother shall have primary physical custody of the Children.
3. The Father shall have partial physical custody of the Children on
alternating weekends from Friday at 4:30 p.m. until Sunday at 7:00 p.m.,
beginning April 24, 1998, and every Wednesday evening from 4:30 p.m. until
7:00 p.m. during the school year and until 8:30 p.m. during the sumner
school break.
4. The parties shall share or alternate having custody of the
Children on holidays in accordance with the following schedule:
A. Christmas: In every year, the Mother shall have custody of
the Children from Christmas Eve until Christmas Day at 9:00
a.m. and on Christmas Day from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m. In
every year, the Father sholl have custody of the Children on
Christmas Day from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon and from 3:00
p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
B. Thanksgiving/Easter: In every year, the Mother shall have
custody of the Children on Thanksgiving Day until 3:00 p.m.
and on Easter Sunday from 7:00 a.m until 3:00 p.m. The Father
shall have custody of the Children every year on Thanksgiving
and Easter Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
C. Memorial Day/July 4th/Labor Dalt: The Mother shall have
custody of the Chlldren on Memorfal Day and Labor Day in even
numbered years and on July 4th in odd numbered years. The
Father shall have custody of the Children on Memorial Day and
Labor Day in odd numbered years and on July 4th in even
numbered years.
D. Mother's DaY/Father's Day: The Mother shall have custody of
the Children every year on Mother s Day from 12:00 noon until
8:00 p.m. and the Father shall have custody of the Children
