POWER OF ATIORNEV
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY TIlESE PRESENTS, that STATLER-BREHM ASSOCIATES,
INC., a corpomtion organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
constitutes and appoints DOUGLAS S, BREHM, GREGORY S. LEBO AND PEGGY K.
GOODLING, jointly or sevem1ly, as its tnte and lawful attorneys-in-fact, and in its name, place and
stead to appear in the Prothonotary's Office for CUMBERLAND COUNTY in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and to record or satisfy judgement notes entered of record in the Prothonotary's
Office belonging to or held by said corporation, hereby giving and granting to its attorneys, fuIl
