COUR'l' ORDER
AND NOW, this ;)~,.) day of May, 1998, upon consideration of the
attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as
follows:
'l'he Father, Keith R. Alexander, and
Hershey, shall enjoy shared legal

2. During the school year, the Mother shall enjoy primary
physical custody of the minor child.

3. During the summer months, the Father shall enjoy primary
physical custody of the minor children.
4. For the summer of 1998, Father's period of physical custody
shall be from June 21, 1998, until August 16, 1998. 'l'he
parties may modify these dates by agreement between the
parties. Absent an agreement, these dates shall be firm. 'l'he
specific dates of Father's period of physical custody in
future summers I3hall be along the same timeframe with the
exact dates as worked out between the parties.
5. During the school year, the Father may enjoy periods of
temporary physical custody with the minor child when he ,is in
the Cumberland County area and gives Mother reasonable notice
in advance of his coming to Cumberland County. Additionally,
Father shall have the opportunity to enjoy temporary custody
with the minor child over the Christmas holiday from the day
after Christmas until the day before the child returns to
school and over the Easter holiday from the day the child gets
out of school until the day before he returns to school. If
Father intends to exercise these periods of temporary custody,
he must notify Mother 30 dayu in advance. If Father makes
adequate travel arrangements, these periods of temporary
custody could be exercised with the child going to visit the
Father in Florida.
6. Both parents shall enjoy reasonable telephone contact with the
minor when the child is in t.ie other parent's custody.
