1. Plaintiff is ContiMortgage Corporation, with an address as
set forth above,
2, Defendant is Regina L. Robinson, who presently reside at
353 W. Ridge St" Carlisle, PA 17013 and presently occupy the
property without permission of the legal. owner,
3, Said premises, 353 W. Ridge St" Carlisle, PA J.7013, a.s
more fully described in the legal description attached hereto and
made part hereof as Exhibit "A" was sold by the Sheriff of
CUMBERLAND County, at a Judicial or SherHf's Sale held at
CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania on Mar"ch 4, 1998, after due advertisement
according to law, under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued
on October 13, 1997, out of the Court of Common Pleas of CUMBERLAND
County, as of No. 97-4434 Civil at the suit of ContiMortgage
Corporation vs, Regina L. Robinson.
4, Said described property was purchased at said sale by the
attorney on the Writ, the bid subsequently having been assigned to
the Plaintiff, The Deed Poll from the Sheriff of CUMBERLAND to
said Plaintiff has been delivered for execution Olnd recordation in
the Department of Records of CUMBERLAND County, PA.
5. Defendant was the fee simple owner of the said premises
prior to the aforesaid Sheriff's Sale and is presently in
possession of the said premises, and has not vacated the said
premises subsequent to the Sheriff's Sale.
6. Plaintiff's abstract of title is attached hereto and is
made a part hereof as Exhibit "B".
