AND NOW, comes plaintiff, George Mazur, by and tllrough
his attorney, James W, Abraham, Esquire, Abraham Law Offices,

individual who address is P.O, Box 474, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania,
2. Defendant, Carolyn R, Mazur is an adult individual
who currentlyr resides at 455 Delancy Court, Mechaniesburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3, Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months
immediately prior to the filing of this Complaint.
4. plaintiff and Defendant were married on .June 25, 1993
in Luzerne County, pennsylvania,
5. On March 24, 1998, Plaintiff filed a Complaint in
Divorce to the above-captioned action pursuant to Seetin 3301 (c) of
the divorce code. A true and correct copy of the Complaint is
attached hereto and made part hereof as Exhibit "A".
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
