ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land, situate in East pennsboro
Township, Cumbel'!and County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Western right-of-way line of Cherish
Drive, at the line of Lot No. P-9, on the hereinafter mentioned
Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line South 76 degrees 11
minutes 47 seconds West, 166.39 feet to a point, at the line of
lands now or formerly of John E. Baker; thence along the Eastern
line of lands now or formerly of John E. Baker & Harriet A.
Rosenberger, North 11 degrees 27 minutes 25 seconds West, 100.08
feet to a point at the line of Lot No. P-ll, on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots, thence along said line, North 76 degrees 11
minutes 47 seconds East, 162.29 feet to a point at the Western
right-of-way line of Cherish Drive; thence along the Western
right-of-way line of Cherish Drive, South 13 degrees 48 minutes 13
seconds West, 100.00 feet to a point at the Northern line of Lot No.
p-g, the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 16,434.23 square feet.
BEING Lot No. P-I0, on the Final Plan of Floribunda Heights,
Phase II,' Section VIII, revised February 6, 1997, and recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cumberland County, in Plan
Book 74, Page 33.
