have to pay the reasonab Ie attorney's fees, actually incurred, up to

However, if legal proceed in,s are started against you, you will have to

attorney's fees will be added to whatever you owe us, which may also
include our reasonable costs. If you cure the default within the thirty
day period, you will not be required to pay attorney's fees.
Remember you are also responsible for keeping all real estate taxes

application for assistance may only be obtained from a consumer cr~dit
counseling agency. The consumer credit counseling agency will assist you

application to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, Your application

meeting.
It is extremely important that you file your application promptly. If

Available funds for emergency mortgage assistance are very limited, They
