COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff, VIKING FREIGHT, INC" by Its attorneys, KNUPP & KODAK, P.C" brings this aoflon of Assumpsit
against the Defendant to recover the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED NINE DOLLARS AND SEVEN
CENTS ($12,209,07), along with Interest thereon at the rate of eighteen (18%) percent per annum from January 31, 1997,
upon a cause of action of which the following Is a statement:
1, The Plaintiff, VIKING FREIGHT, lNG" Is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Stafe
of California, having Its principal office and place of business at 6411 Guadalupe Mines Road, Suite 48, Post Office Box
649002, San Jose, California 95164-9002,
2, The Defendant, GERRY WEISER, Is an adult Individual, and trades and does business as JK PRECISION
AUTOMOTIVE MACHINE, having an office and place of business at Rear, 415 Bosler Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17043.
3, On the dates, In the amounts, and for the prices set forth in a true and correct copy of the Plaintiff's
Statement of Account hereto attached, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A", Plaintiff performed labor and provided
services of the kind and description set forth on said Exhibit to the total amount of ELEVEN THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
NINE DOLLARR AND SEVEN CENTS ($11,909,07).
4. Due to the voluminous nature of same, Plaintiff's original Invoices are not attached hereto as an Exhibit.
