7, The injuries suffered by the Plaintiff as a direct and proximate result of the
negligence of Steven W, Hampton consisted of a severe impact injury to the Plaintiffs left
knee causing damage to the left knee and nerve damage to the Plaintiff's left leg,
8, Plaintiff has suffered from these injurie:; which have caused a significant
impact on his ability to engage In normal activities and the injuries required medical
treatment for a period in excess of one (I) year, and treatment is continuing,
9, This accident was due to the negligence of Steven W, Hampton in that:
(a) He failed to properly operate and control his vehicle;
(b) He failed to maintain the proper lookout for other vehicles;
(c) He failed to drive on the right side of the roadway;
(d) He failed to keep his motor vehicle under proper and adequate
control given the circumstances;
(e) He operated his vehicle in a reckless and careless manner
under the circumstances then present;
(I) He breached his duty of care to Plaintiff to operate his vehicle
in a safe manner;
(g) He operated his vehicle without regard for the right, safety
and position of the Plaintiff,
10, As a further result of the injuries suffered by the Plaintiff, Ray R Weaver the
Plaintiff was forced to lose wages as a result of his inability to work.
11, Plaintiff has inwrred numerous medical bills and will continue to incur
medical bills in the future for continued treatment.
