Custody Conciliatlon Report, it is ordered
1. The Mother, Kristina A. Niemi, and the Father, Robert A. Becker,
shall have shared legal custody of Mikayla Beth Niemi, born December 23,
1997. The parti.es shall consult with each other in making all major
non-emergency decisions affecting the Child's general well-being including,
but not limited to, all decisions regarding her health, education and
religion. Each parent shall be entitled to all records and information
pertaining to the Child including, but not limited to, school and medical
records and information.
2. The Mother shall have primary physical custody of the Child.
3. Initially, the Father shall have four (4) periods of visitation
with the Child (one or two times per week) upon providing 48 hours advance
notice to the Mother. nle first two periods of visitation shall take place
at the Mother's residence and the second two periodS of visitation shall
take place at the Father's residence with the Mother pre,gent. The specific
times and dates shall be arranged by mutual agreement of the parties.
4. After the initial four (4) periods of visitation, the Father shall
have partial physical custody of the Child at least one time per week upon
providing 48 hours advance notice to t.he Mother and at times and dates to
be arranged by mutual agreement of the parties.
5. The parties shall make arrangements for custody of the Child over
holidays by mutual agreement.
6. Neither party shall do or say anything which may estrange the
Child frem the other parent, injure the opinion of the Child as to the
other parent or hamper the free and natural development of the Child's love
and respect for the other parent.
