On June 25, 1997, mortgagors made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Plaintiff which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1391, Page 793. 5. The premises subject to said mortgage is described in the mortgage attached as Exhibit "A" and is known as 145 Appalachian Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013. 6. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interest upon said mortgage due November, 1997 and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the enUre principal balance and all interest due thereon are collectible forthwith. 7.
