6. Plaintiff' has not participated as a party or witness, or in any other capacity in
other litigation, concerning custody of the child,
7, Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the child
pending in any Court of this Commonwealth,

a) The Plaintiff has been the primary physical and legal custodian of the child

1. The Father, Garry E. Boyd, Jr., and the Mother, Christina
Farner, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Kevin Garrett
Boyd, born March 19, 1995.
2. Physical custody shall be handled as fo11owsI
A. The Mother shall have physiaa.! custody on every Monday
througll Thursday from 2100 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., on every
other weekend from 2:00 p.m. on Friday until 7:00 p.m. on
Sunday, and on the weekends Mother does not have custody
she shall have the child from Friday at 2 :00 p.m. until
Saturday at 9100 a.llI.
B. Father shall have physical custody of the minor child
during the times that the child is not in the physical
custody of the Mother as outlined above.
3. The parties shall work out a shared or a1 ternated holiday
arrangement between themselves with their oounse1.
4. Eaoh party shall enjoy two weeks of uninterrupted vacat,ion
time with the minor child. Each party shall give the other
party at least 30 days notioes as to when tlley intend to
exeroise the vacation time.
5. Mother shall handle transportation for exohange of custody.
However, Mothe.r's agreement to handle transportation at, this
time will not in any way prejudice her ability to seek shared
transportation or other arrangements at some POillt in the
future.

consideration of the attached custdtJy Conciliation Report, it is
ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Father, Garry E. Boyd, Jr., and the Mother, Chri.stina
Farner, shaH enjoy shared legal custody of Kevin Garrett
Boyd, born March 19, 1995.
2. physi.cal custody shall be handled as follows:
A. The Mother shall have physical custody on every Monday
through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., on every
other weekend from 2:00 p.m. on Friday until 7:00 p;m. on
Sunday, and on the weekends Mother does not have custody
she shall have the child from Friday at 2:00 p.m. until
Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
B. Father shall have physical custody of the minor child

3, Mother shall have periods of partial physical custody with the child on the
following schedule:
(a) Every other weekend from Friday at 5:00 P,n\, until Sunday at 4:30 p,m,;
(b) During the Summer vacation months when Father is working daylights and
Mother is not working, Mother may call and request the opportunity to
care for the child while Father is at work, but must return the child by 4:30
p.m.; and
(c) At other times as the parties may agree,
4, The child shall always be with Mother during Mother's Day and with Father
during Father's Day. If the child is not otherwise with that parent, they shall
be with the respective parent from 9:00 a,m. until 4:00 p,m, on that special
day.
S. During the following holidays, the party who does not have physical custody of
the child on that day shall have the child fi'om the period from 2:00 p,m, until
6:00 p,m" those holidays to include New Year's Day, Easter Sunday,
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving,
6, During the Christmas holiday season, the child shall always be with Father
from 8:00 p,m, on Christmas Eve until 2:00 p,m. on Christmas Day and shall
always be with Mother from 2:00 p,m, on Christmas Day until 6:00 p.m, on
Christmas Day,
7, Mother shall be responsible for transportation of the child during her periods of
partial custody.
8, The parties will keep each other advised immediately in the event of serious
lI/ness or medical emergency concerning the chlld and shall further take any
necessary steps to ensure that the health and well.being of the chlld is
protected. During such illness 01' medical emerg~ncy, all parties shall have the
right to visit the chlld as oil en as he or she desires consistent with the proper
medical care of the child.
9, The parties shall not do anything which may estrange the child from the other
parties, or iJUure the opinion of the child as to the c (reI' parties, or which may
hamper the free and natural development of the child's love and affection for
th~ other parti~s,
10. Any modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be
effective only ifmade in writing and only if executed with the same foonality as
this Stipulation and Agreement.
11, The parties desire that this Stipulation and Agreement be made an Order of
Court to the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, and further
acknowledge that the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County does, in
tact, have jUrisdiction over the issue of custody of the minor child who has
resided in Cumberland County and shall retain such jurisdiction should
circumstances change and either party desire or require modification of said
Order. It is the desire of the parties to have all prior Orders relative to custody
of the chlld vacated,

.1915.3-8(b), the undersigned Custody Conciliator submits the
following report:
1. The pertinent information pertaining to the child who is the
subject of this litigation is as follows:
Kevin Garrett Boyd, born March 19, 1995.
2. A Conciliation Conference was held on MClY 28, 1998, with the
following individuals in attendance:
Tbe Father, Garry E. Boyd, Jr., with is attorney, Bradley L.
Griffie, Esquire; and the Motber, Christina Farner, with her
attorney, Joan E. CaI'ey, Esquire.
