Plaintiff flies this Complaint pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. No. 2951(b) for Confession of
Jud~mElnt and avers the following:
1. Plaintiff is KNUPP & KODAK, P,C., a professional corporation duly
organized and existing under thfj laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with Its
principal office and place of business at 407 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PennsYlvania
17101.
2. Defendant Is JEAN ST. LOUIS, an adult individual, who maintains an
address of 909 Eppley Road, Mechanlcsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
3, Defendant, on January 30, 1997, did execute a Confessed Judgment Note
and Disclosure for Confession of Judgment.
4, Attached hereto at Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof Is a true and correct
copy of the original Instrument duly executed by Defendant.
