hereof and marked Exhibit A
8, On March 26, 1998 plaintiff's counsel wrote to Donald A. Bottini
requesting that he divulge the whereabouts of the dclendant but plaintiffs counsel has
received no response to his letter, A true and correct copy of said letter is attached hereto,
made a part hcrcof and marked Exhibit B,
9, Plaintiff has no way of obtaining any furthcr knowledge regarding thc
identity or whereabouts of said defendant.
