("Owner"), with offices at, 1675 West Palm Beach Blvd., West Palm Beach, Florida 3340 I, is the owner in that certain property located in Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (the "Property). more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, BCC DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT CO. ("Developer"), with offices at 5021 Louise Drive, Suite 200, Mechanicsburg. P A 17055 . has entered a contract with Owner to develop the Property and WHEREAS, Pyramid Construction Services, Inc. ("Contractor"), with offices at 4417 Valley Road, Enola, PA 17025, did covenant ancl agree with Ov:ner, through Owner's agent, BCC Development and Management Co.. to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work necessllry to construct a personal care facility (the "Improvements"), in the most substantial manner and to the satisfllction of Owner and Developer.
