BEING part of the same land which Albert Myers and Ruth A. Myers, by
their Deed dated December 10, 1982; and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book Z, Vclume 29, page 550, granted and conveyed to William A. Swope
and Pauline L. Swope, his wife, Owner, and being also shown in part as
Lot No. 20 on Subdivision Plan for Outlooke Point, said plan being
recorded in Plan Book 76, page 67, in the Office of the Recorder of
