THIS AGREEMENT made the I day of -I-'L.J!..L...I I 1998,
by and between, hereinafter referred to as Dippery oon.truotion,
Contractor,
AND
Riohard J. and Donna L. Ba9araan, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
oonstruct a house on that certain lot of ground situate in
see attached legal description
458 Pine Grove Road
Gardners, Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, PA
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contraotor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby aoknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for himself and his subcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under him, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's lien or claims shall be filed or maintained by him
or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground
appurtenant thereto for or on acoount of any work done or
materials furnished by him or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the ereotion and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for him, his subcontractors and others
under him hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to
have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against
the said buildings or any of them and agree that this instrument
waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of ONE and ----______ 00/100
Dollars ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said Grantors do hereby grant and convey to the
said Grantees, their heirs and assigns:
ALL that certain lot of land situate in the Township of
Diokinson, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of
PennsYlvania, being more partiCUlarly described as Lot No. 57 on
a final subdivision plan for Dickinson Township Joint Venture
dated November 4, 1983, revised February 18, 1984 and approved by
the supervisors of Dickinson Township on February 20, 1984, which
said plan was duly entered of record on March 1, 1984 and
appearing of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County in Plan Book 45, Page 32, under and subject
to all legal highways, easements, rights-of-way and restrictions
of record.
BEING the same premises which Dickinson Township Joint Venture, a
Pennsylvania unincorporated association, by its deed dated March
6, 1984 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Record Book Q-30/ Page 151.
THIS TRANSFER IS TAX EXEMPT AS A TRANSFER BETWEEN PARENTS AND
CHILD AND INLAW.
AND the said Grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will
warrant SPECIALLY the property hereby conveyed.
