AND NOW, this ~day of April, 1998, comes the Plaintiff,
LINDA A. SMITH, by her attorney, DIANE G. RADCLIFF, ESQUIRE, and
files this Complaint in Divorce of which the follow.i.ng is a
statement:
COUNT I: DIVORCE
1. The Plaintiff is LINDA A. SMITH, an adult individual whose
last legal address is 109 East Main Street, Apt. 109,
Sh.i.remanstown, Pennsylvania l7011.
2. The Defendant is DENNIS L. SMITH, an adult individual res.iding
at 109 East Main Street, Apt. 9, Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania
17011, since 1990.
3. Plaintiff and/or Defendant have been bona fide residents of
the Commonwealth for at least six (6) months previous to the
filing of this Complaint.
/). Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 12, 1995 at
Galenton, Potter County, Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment
between the parties.
