Declarant has deemed It desirable for the efficient preservation, protection and

The monthly meeting of the Wyndham Place Homeowners Association Board was
held on Sunday, May 18, 1997,
Community Concerns
'" Since several vacancies have occurred on the Board, we are looking for
homeowners interested in volunteering their time, The Board meets on the second
Sunday ofthe month at 6:00 p,m. at the Aldersgate Church. If you would like to
become a Board member, please contact John Shaffer at 732-4832,
'" Attached is a copy ofa resolution adopted by the Board dealing with the.
'problem of excessive dog excrement in both private yards and the common area.
Please read it carefully. We have received complaints from our lawn care ;.!
provider of yards that were riot cleaned of animal waste and pose a health risk for
their employees. Yards that remain in this condition will not be cut. Complaints
have also been brought to our attention ,of excrement found in the common area. ,
We are sending a letter to the Mountain View Apartment Complex askingthemto ..
refrain from walking their pets in our area. However, we ask each ofyou'tci be "/ .
aware of our resolution and io curb your dog if using the common area to walk. '"
Continued complaints will result in a $25 fine being imposed. We want to keep'
,our,development a safe and clean place to live,
Reports from Committees
'" The Community Affllirs Committee was approached with the question as to if
a clothesline was permissible. The clothesline must not be a permanent fixture but
one that is taken down when clothing is not being hung out.
, Another question received was to the placement of a roof exhaust
fan. A fan may be installed only ifit is on the back side ofthe roof.
* The Legnl Committee continues its work with our attorney to review our
covenants, A preliminary draft is expected soon.
