Cl!STODY AGREEMI<:NT
The parties, Tonya Marie Flenner and Matthew Allen Flenner, parties to the above
action, agree to settle the custody claim ofTonya Marie Flcnner with the following
provisions:
I. Tonya Marie Flenner is the natural mother of Krista Renee Kocher-Flenner,
bomNovember 17, 1992.
2. Matthew Allen Flenner is Krista's natural father.
3. The mother shall have primary physical custody of Krista.
4. The father shall have partial physical custody every other weekend, and such
additional custody or visitation at times, dates and places to bc arranged by the parents.
The mother shall not unreasonably withhold partial custody or visitation.
5. The parties shall share legal custody of Krista.
6. The father may not remove the child from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
for more than eighteen hours without written permission of the mother.
7. Unless the father is incapacitated by illness or injury, if the father fails to
exercise partial custody 01' visitation for a period of four or more consecutive regular
partial custody weekends, then he shall require written permission from the mother before
resuming partial custody or visitation.
8. The parties may modii)' this Agreemcnt at any time by mutual agreement.
9. This Agreement shall be entered as an order of court under the case docketed at
98-2082 in the Court of Common Pleas for Cumberland County.
