18. In or aoout April of 1996, Plaintiff purchased "A Prestigious Touch" Il)r $6,000.00
/9, Plaintiff-s purehuse of the ousiness Known as "A Prestigious Touch" included accounts
payable which included tlw Yellow Pages udverlising and phone oill,
20, Plaintiff had a second line placed to his home to whil'h calls made to the escort service
Known as "A Prestigious Touch", no.o 12.', werc received,
21. Plaintiff processed credit card payments made to "A Prestigious Touch" oy a credit curd
machine he had purchased and uscd in conjunction with a business Known us New World
Intellect or New World Interiors,
22. For a tin1C, calls made to the escort scrvice Known as "A Prestigious Touch" were
I()rwmded to a eellulm phone, which Plaintiff gave to Stade Meltzer.
