Appellant is Corey S, Richardson, an adult individulIl currently residing at 1011 Franklin Street, Carlisle PA 17013. 2. On April 10, 1998, The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation sent to Appellant a notice of License Suspension, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit" A", 3. Appellant has II valid Pennsylvania operator's license in his possession. 4. Concurrent with the filing of this License Suspension Appeal, Appellant has filed all appeal of his conviction for underage drinking on March 24, 1998, which is the basis of for the license suspension. 5. If Appellant prevails in his ilppeal of the Summary charge. the license suspension Issue becomes mool.
