For 1998, three weeks during the summer as followsl In Juner the week starting with F'atherr s Day, the first full week of July, and the first full week of August. For SUbsequent summers, three weeks during th~ summer upon dates t.hat are mutually agreed upon by the parties., The summflr vacation weeks shall commence on Sunday evening at 7100 P.M. until the fOllowing Saturday at 7100 P.M. C. Holidays and birthdays as listed below. D. Both parties agree that the aforementioned visitation schedule can be altered by mutual agreement with a 48- hour notice, or as otherwise agreed upon in writing by the parties. E. Additional physical custody rights with the minor chlld oan be enjoyed by either parent at other times mutually agreed uponl;>y the parties. F. During Father's periods of partial oustodYr in the event that the minor child wishes to return home to Mother, Father shall not prevent her from doing so, and the parties will make arrangements for transportation. 3. TRANSPORTATIOt{ - The parties agree to share in transportation by meeting half way between their homes in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, at The Bon Ton located on Route 15. 4. NO ALIENATION OF PARENTAL AFFECTION - Neither parent shall do nor say anything in the presence of the child, which could be construed as an effort to alienate the natural affection and loyalty which the minor child has for the other parent. 5. HOLIDAY/BIRTHDAY SCHII1DULE - Unless otherwise agreed \\pon, the parties agree to the following schedule for major holidays and the child's birthday: A. The Father shall have physical custody of the child from 5:00 P.M. on Christmas Day through December 28 at 7;00 P.M. B. On even-numbered years, the Father shall have physical custody of the child Con Thanksgiving from 6:00 P.M. the evening before Thanksgiving through 7:00 P.M. the day after Thanksgiving. On odd-numbered years, the Mother shall have physical custody of the child from the evening before Thanksgiving through the Thanksgiving holiday. C. The F~ther shall have physical custody of the child for Fatherrs Day. D, On the minor child's birthday, the parties shall alternate physical custody with the Mother having physical custody on odd-numbered years, and the Father having physical cUfltody in the even-.numbered years. In the event that the minor child's birthday falls on a wF.lekday, then Father is welcome to come to the minor child's residence to spend time with the minor child on her birthday. 6. MODIFICATION AND WAIVER OF TERHB. - All modifications and wai Vel'S of the terms of this Agreement shall be invalid unless they are in writing and signed by both parties. 7. NOTICED - The parties shall attempt to communicate in writing and forward those communications to the other party by first class mail to the last known address of the other party whenever there is to be a mutually agreed upon change or request for a change of this Order. However, this does not preclude the parties from phone or personal contact if it is mutually agreed upon by both parties and time does not permit written notice. 8. KlDIC~/mDUCATION~ - Both parties shall have equal access to all medical and educational records of the minor child. Katlyn Knecht. Both partiEls shall have the right to contact and receive information from educational and medical care provides with regard to the minor child. In event of an emergency concernj,ng the minor child, the parent exercising physical custody at the time will contact the other parent as soon as Possible. 9. TELEPHONE ACCmS~ - Both parties will provide the other with the home and employment telephone nurr~ers where they can be reached during the other party's period of physical oustody.
