THI8 AORIlEMENT made the { day of April, 1.998, by and
between RUSSELL C. GOODLING, of 2920 Diokinson Avenue, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND RUSSELL
C. GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill, PennsYlvania,
hereinafter referred to as owner, whereby the former undertook
and agreed to erect and construct a single-family residential
dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in Hampden
Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 455 on
the Final SUbdivision Plan of The Highlands of Hampden square,
Phase V, recorded in Plan Book 69, Page 113. Being a part of the
same premises which pamay Development company, Inc" by Deed
dated August 7, 1989 and recorded August 9, 1989 in Deed Book
"C", Volume 34, Page 373, granted and conveyed unto Highlands of

1998 and about to be recorded herewith granted and conveyed unto
Russell C. Goodling.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I That the said
contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and t.he further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontraotors,
and all parties acting through or under them, oovenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or olaims shall be filed or maintained
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
