STlPIJLATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREEMENT made the I day of April, 1998, by and
between RUSSELL C. GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill,
pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND RUSSEI,L
C. GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the (ormel' undertook
and agreed to erect and construct a single-family rOllidontiftl
dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in Hampden
TownShip, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, being I.ot No. .194 on
the Final Subdivision Plan of The Highlands of Hampden Square,
Phase V, recorded in Plan Book 69, Page 113. Deing II part of' the
same premises which Pamay Development Company, Inc., by Deed
dated August 7, 1989 and recorded August 9, 1989 in Deed Book
"C", Volume 34, Page 373, granted and conveyed unto Highlands of
Hampden square partnership, Also being the same premises which
Highlands of Hampden square Partnership by Deed dated ..II" I I ,/
1998 and about to be recorded herewith granted and conveyed unto
Russell C. Goodling.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I That the said
contractor, for and i.n consideration of the sum of Ono ($1,00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the rElcei.pt whorl!of La
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themaelves and their suboontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, oovenllnt and agroe
